Qwik-Flo® Molasses Light Granules and Powder are unique products manufactured through our proprietary co-crystallization process. They are natural, free-flowing aggregates with the rich flavor, light brown color and sweetness of cane sugar and cane mill molasses. The distinctive characteristics complement and enhance sweet and savory flavors, and add body and mouthfeel to bakery, cereal, confections, prepared foods, soups, and seasonings.

Qwik-Flo® Molasses Light is certified Kosher for Passover and contains no starch carriers or flow agents, and are ideal for use in liquid and dry conventional and natural foods applications. Low moisture content (less than 1.0%) results in excellent shelf-stable products which do not support microbiological growth. Qwik-Flo® Molasses is also available in dark granulate and powder formulations.
