BRIFISOL® 750 is an agglomerated blend of potassium and sodium polyphosphates, designed to remain completely water soluble and effective even at very low processing temperatures and in the presence of salt. BRIFISOL® 750 can be applied by injection, marinating or tumbling (massaging) into any muscle meat. The method used depends on customer requirements and finished product characteristics.
