It is naturally crystallized through the sun and wind evaporation of Mediterranean Sea waters. Highly versatile, it is suitable for various food applications, both dry and in brines. Primarily crafted for bakery items, cheese production, butter, mayonnaise, canned vegetables, tomatoes, prepared meals, meat and fish processing, dressings, and brine-based recipes. This salt includes Yellow Prussiate of Soda (YPS) as a water-soluble anticaking agent.
