BRIFISOL® 512 is an agglomerated blend of polyphosphates, designed to remain completely water soluble and effective even at very low processing temperatures and in the presence of salt. BRIFISOL® 512 can be applied by injection, marinating or tumbling (massaging) into any muscle meat. It may also be used in sausage manufacturing. The method used depends on customer requirements and finished product characteristics.
